Clash of Clans Update Brings New Abilities, Buildings, Troops, and More

Clash Of Clans 9.24.1 Update Download Available With New Features

Prior to the big patch, Supercell has released a new update that is meant to balance out some of the game’s features. Changes have been made on the clone spell, and a few little things have been added. New spell levels have been added for Heal and Freeze, as well as new additions to the Town Hall 9 in shape of the 7th Elixir collector and Gold Mine. Damage has been increased for the bomb and the attack rate for the balloon. These are just a few of the latest changes, but it’s not the update that players are waiting for.

The update came in sharp contrast to the teasing videos that have been released for the new update. They basically gave us no information regarding what is to be expected in the upcoming patch, but now that it’s here there is no secret as to what’s in it.

Familiar buildings have received a few tweaks in their functionality. The Multi-Mortar is now more difficult to dodge, and the Archer Tower can switch between a long range attack and a fast attack.

However, the new stuff is what everyone has been waiting for. Players can now use the Crusher, which is a powerful defensive building that crushes your enemies. The Push Trap has the ability to scatter your enemies around and disorganizing them. The Gem Mine is a resource building that collects gems and the Clock Tower has the ability to speed up everything in your Builder Base.

An entirely new land has been introduced that is significantly different than what you’ve expected. Named The Builder Base, it is powered by the use of various resources. You can collect gold and elixir in this new land, although you can’t use it in your normal home village. Gems are available on both lands however.

New units have also been added in the shape of the Bomber and the Cannon Cart. The Bomber has the ability to destroy multiple buildings at the same time, while the Cannon Cart is a mobile fortification that you bring on the attack.

These are just a few of the new interesting features and more are waiting to be discovered in-game.
