1)Open Notepad

2)Then Paste this Code in Notepad

Note :-You Can Change rahack8.blogspot.com To Your Name

3)Now Save this File as Welcome.vbs

4)Now copy the file and paste in the C: \Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\Startup(in Windows XP) and toC:\Users\ {User-Name}\AppData \Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup(in Windows 8, Windows 7 and Windows Vista) if C: is your System drive.

5)Done,Now Computer Welcome You
